Requesting access

Requesting access starts a conversation: it does not create an account, start a subscription or charge you.

Service terms and data-processing information are provided before you subscribe.

The annual plan

The annual price is €1,500 for up to 10 people, excluding VAT. Employees and contractors within your company’s compliance scope count towards the plan. Billing is annual, with a one-year commitment. For more than 10 people in scope, contact us to discuss your team.

The plan includes SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 workflows, templates, reminders, macOS checks and stored results, Markdown and PDF exports, EU hosting and backups, and human product support.

Refunds and cancellation

A refund is available within 14 days of subscribing. After that, cancellation stops renewal and the annual commitment continues through the end of its term. Contact help@simplesoc2.com for a refund or cancellation request.

Product support

Human assistance covers using SimpleSoc2. It does not include compliance consulting, an independent audit, certification services or the fees for those services.

Your preparation and assessment

SimpleSoc2 helps organise preparation, maintain information and gather evidence. It does not perform a SOC 2 audit, issue an ISO 27001 certificate or guarantee an assessment outcome.

Your company is responsible for defining its scope, implementing and operating controls, keeping information accurate, and meeting its obligations to employees and contractors. Your auditor or certification body determines the evidence required and the assessment outcome.

Device checks and exports

The macOS CLI runs on demand. The person running it reviews and approves configuration results before upload. The default four-week interval is configurable. These checks are point-in-time snapshots, not continuous monitoring or endpoint protection.

CLI source is available to paying customers. Source access does not imply an open-source licence. Evidence exports can be shared or transferred as files; they do not imply automatic import into another provider’s software.
